Investment Approach

Guardian Capital Global Dividend Fund

The Fund invests in a globally diversified portfolio of dividend-paying equity securities. Using a bottom-up analysis driven by fundamental research, the manager seeks to identify companies that have the potential for income growth and capital appreciation over the long term. The Fund may invest in companies of all sizes, but pays particular attention to mid to large cap companies that have the ability to grow earnings with a willingness to increase dividends. Under normal conditions, the Fund invests at least 40% of its assets in equity securities of non-U.S. companies across at least seven of the global sectors in the MSCI World Index. The Fund can invest in companies located in emerging market countries and can concentrate country exposure down to at least three countries other than the U.S.
