The Plan identifies mission critical processes and provides for their recovery in the event of various types of business disruptions. AMGF reviews the BCP on an annual basis and conducts periodic testing to assess the ongoing effectiveness of the Plan. The Firm amends its Plan, as needed, due to changes in its operations, structure, business, or location. In addition, the Firm’s testing results are reviewed by Senior Management and recommended changes are implemented. The Plan is continually evaluated, tested and amended as necessary to ensure that the impact of any business disruption is minimized.
