Approach & Philosophy

Philosophy and Approach

Our Philosophy

We believe stocks are correctly priced in the long-run but can be mispriced in the short-run.

Our high-conviction Quality Growth investment strategy is anchored in fundamental, bottom-up research which is used to identify mispriced stocks that have upcoming catalysts. We rely on independent thinking to build our investment theses for each portfolio holding through a repeatable process that promotes consistency and sustainability of alpha in different market conditions.

ESG commitments permeate throughout the investment process from the definition of the investible universe through screening, fundamental analysis, monitoring, and sell decisions.

Our Approach

Our investment team seeks to generate alpha through a disciplined, repeatable process that focuses on mispriced stock selection and mitigates other tracking risks via:

  • Security selection is the key driver of our alpha
  • Fundamental research focused on identifying mispriced stocks that have upcoming catalysts
  • Dynamic management of stock weights
  • Quality Growth investible universe
